Sinking Down into the power of I

sinking down.
deep into myself
past the walls
that have been erected
through seemingly endless
generations of
”you”

you should.
you shouldn’t.

digging deeper.
moving through the illusion of
”we”

we can.
we can’t.

sinking deep.
deep into the almost undiscovered
facets of
”I AM”

I AM POWERFUL
I AM RADIANT
I AM LIGHT
I. AM. WORTHY.

i can feel it!
the way it resonates
through my bones
the way it reveals the truths
i’ve buried beneath the “we’s”
and the “you’s”
I NEVER KNEW!

i never knew
that the whole of the universe
could fit inside of something
as small as
I

but I am not small.
I am unknowably vast.
I am the same spark
that burns in the heart
of every single I
that IS.
that WAS.
that EVER. WILL. BE.

I is the only thing
that has ever been real.

It’s funny how we have found ourselves in a position of wanting to destroy the ego. Caught in a whirlwind of nonsense like “to reach enlightenment you must first kill the ego.”

I, personally, find the ego an incredibly important part of myself. It is my ego that allows me to look through myself and see the mirror looking back at me through someone else’s eyes. It is the ego that allows for growth. It is the ego that feeds our evolution. Without the ego we would stagnate.

I have this theory, which has been consistently arrived to by philosophers over the years, that the ego is what makes it possible for the universe to self reflect. If I came to this theory on my own or if it was a seed planted in an unremembered garden I can not say - but I remember the day I realized it.

Each and every I that exists on this beautiful and chaotic plante called earth holds a completely unique aspect of the universe. Of God. Of Goddess. Of Spirit…and through the interaction, communication, and connection the universe becomes that much closer to understanding itself. It is able to know itself as we know eachother.

As shadow work comes up so strongly - perhaps entertain that through your journey of elevating your own vibration that we are also bringing the universe closer to it’s own self actualization.

We are both the light and the shadow.
We are the life force of the universe just as the universe is the spark that burns
deep in our bellies.
